New Faces
The following players are scheduled to make their first appearance at the Navistar LPGA Classic this year:

Michelle Wie
USA
At age 10, Wie became the youngest player to qualify for the USGA Amateur Championship. Wie would also become the youngest winner of the US Women's Amateur Public Links and the youngest to qualify for a LPGA Tour event. In 2006, she was named in a Time magazine article: "one of 100 people who shape our world."

Wie turned professional with an enormous amount of hype and endorsements. In 2009, Wie earned a spot in the Solheim Cup, where she was the U.S. team's top point winner.
Natalie Gulbis
USA
Gulbis played in her first LPGA tour event as an amateur at the age of 14. She did not win a tournament in the first five years of her professional career but still finished sixth on the LPGA money list in 2005 with over $1 million in earnings and played on the winning United States Solheim Cup team. She placed in the top 10 in four consecutive major championships from the 2005 LPGA Championship to the 2006 Kraft Nabisco Championship. Gulbis' first professional win came in 2007 at the Evian Masters.

In 2009, she appeared in the second season of Celebrity Apprentice. Throughout the season, each celebrity raised money for a charity of their choice; Gulbis selected the Boys and Girls Club.
Alexis Thompson
USA
In 2007, as a 12-year-old, Thompson became the youngest player to qualify for the U.S. Women's Open. She won the Aldila Junior Classic to become the second-youngest winner in AJGA. She also won the Westfield Junior PGA Championship to become the youngest winner in Junior PGA Championship history.

In 2008, Thompson won the United States Girls' Junior Golf Championship. She qualified for the 2008 and 2009 U.S. Women's Opens, and made the cut in 2009.

England
Davies is considered to be the most accomplished English female golfer of modern times being the first non-American to finish at the top of the LPGA money list. She also won the LET Order of Merit a record seven times: in 1985, 1986, 1992, 1996, 1999, 2004 and 2006.

She currently has 70 professional wins worldwide, 20 on the LPGA including four majors. She is a member of the LPGA Tour and a life member of the Ladies European Tour. She needs only one major victory or two regular tour wins to enter the LPGA Hall of Fame.
